Terance G. Clement has been a leader at Comcast NBCUniversal for over 15 years. Terance currently overseas the customer experience, sales growth, and customer retention strategy at the company's headquarters. Showing his commitment to leadership, Terance led Comcast NBCUniversal's Black Employee Network (BEN) Employee Resource Group (ERG) from 2022-2024, he is a multi-time Ralph J. Roberts Bow Tie Award recipient and inaugural Linked to Leadership (L2L) program graduate. He continued his pursuits in leadership development by graduating from the NAMIC Leadership Seminar (July 2024 Cohort), Leadership Gwinnett: Glance Gwinnett (April 2024 Cohort), Gwinnett 101 Citizens Academy (Fall 2024 Cohort), United Way VIP (Summer 2024 Cohort) and the National Society of Leadership (NSLS) programs. Terance also boasts certifications from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Duke University. Additionally, he has a bachelor’s degree from DeVry University and is pursuing his master’s degree at The University of Georgia.
Terance's professional affiliations reflect his commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. In addition to previously serving as a Secretary for NAMIC Atlanta, Terance was selected into the Class of 2024 for the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc. He is a member of WICT Southeast, ForbesBLK, and Comcast National DE&I Employee Advisory Council, further expanding his network and industry connections. Terance was the 21st Annual Inspire Awards recipient of The WICT Southeast Network: 2024 Be Fearless Award for Allyship and the chapters first male recipient.
A native of Charleston, SC, Terance resides in Atlanta (20 years) with his wife and two kids. He enjoys spending free time with his family, watching sports, traveling, engaging in the community, reading, and mentoring.
