Rob Owens is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, mentor, and lifestyle influencer whose work reflects a deep commitment to fatherhood, wellness, and social impact. As the founder and CEO of Dope Dads—a nonprofit rooted in the mantra “Doing Our Part Everyday”—Rob has created a powerful platform that empowers men to lead with presence, purpose, and accountability. Through a mix of large-scale activations and intimate gatherings, educational programs, and digital campaigns, his work inspires fathers to become their best selves for their families and communities.

A natural storyteller and community connector, Rob is the executive producer of Sweat Equity, a feature-length documentary exploring the intersection of fitness, business, and culture, and is currently co-producing his second film highlighting The Emerging 100 of Atlanta. With a background in technical product strategy and business ecosystem development through his work at Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute and the MBDA Business Growth Hub, Rob blends systems thinking with a deep commitment to service and cultural progress.

Whether through mentorship, content creation, or real-world engagement, Rob continues to shape conversations around modern masculinity, fatherhood, and personal growth—making space for reflection, reconnection, and meaningful change.

Based in Atlanta, Rob’s work is a catalyst for healing, connection, and lasting impact.
