Kaylyn Harris is a dedicated leader, community builder, and wellness advocate who is deeply committed to making Atlanta a more connected, empowered, and healthy place to live. With a passion for service, she has spent years fostering community, mentorship, and inclusive spaces that uplift those around her.
In addition to her role as a Field Enablement Business Partner at Salesforce, Kaylyn volunteers as the President of BOLDforce - Atlanta, a resource group for Black employees, leading over 650 members. She champions initiatives that drive diversity, equity, and inclusion while curating networking and professional growth opportunities, as well as volunteer initiatives for the Black community at Salesforce and beyond. She has led efforts to unite Atlanta’s business and nonprofit networks, ensuring professionals—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—have access to essential resources and relationships. Additionally, she has spearheaded large-scale community service efforts and partnerships with organizations like Hands On Atlanta.
Kaylyn’s impact extends beyond professional spaces. As a social innovator, she has played a key role in strengthening Atlanta’s cultural and professional networks, leading events like ATL Black Tech Mixers, which bring together hundreds of Black professionals from top tech companies while supporting Black-owned businesses. Her ability to engage cross-functional teams and align diverse groups toward a common goal has led to lasting community-building efforts, enriching Atlanta’s social and professional landscape.
In addition to her leadership and advocacy work, Kaylyn is also a dedicated fitness leader. She has been a barre instructor in Atlanta for nearly four years, empowering others through movement and helping individuals build strength, confidence, and resilience. Her approach to fitness goes beyond exercise—it focuses on cultivating both physical and mental well-being, ensuring her clients feel supported in every aspect of their journey.
