Aly Jacobs is a Senior Manager of Special Projects at RaceTrac, where she collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. She also serves as the Business Resource Group Chair for EMBRACE, a BRG focused on addressing the unique needs of people of color. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Aly plays a key role in shaping strategies that foster an inclusive environment for all. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering local coffee shops, traveling with her fiancée, and spoiling her mini goldendoodle, Texas.
